A members-only clinical library and community for women, men, and practitioners who are ready to understand the body at a deeper level — lipoedema, hypermobility, the nervous system, the gut, and everything in between.
The NuVue Society is a members-only clinical library and community created by Abby Mortimer — a practitioner, independent researcher, and someone living with lipoedema, hypermobility, and endometriosis herself.
The Society exists because the connections between these conditions — lipoedema and hypermobility, the nervous system and structural instability, the gut microbiome and lymphatic function, MTHFR and inflammation — are not being made anywhere else. Not in GP surgeries. Not in specialist offices. Rarely even in specialist literature.
The clinical library brings this research together in one place, written in language that is accurate without being inaccessible — whether you are someone trying to understand your own body, or a practitioner looking to understand your clients at a deeper level.
"I spent years looking for answers within a system that wasn't asking the right questions. Eventually I had to go looking myself. The Society is where I share everything I found."— Abby Mortimer, Founder, NuVue Body Sculpting
The Society library contains clinical papers, educational content, and research summaries across the topics most relevant to complex, multi-system presentations — written by Abby with the practitioner's eye and the patient's lived understanding.
The connective tissue foundation, fat distribution, hormonal triggers, and why standard approaches miss the mark.
What hypermobility actually means for lymphatic vessels, fascial integrity, venous tone, and the nervous system.
How structural instability drives chronic nervous system dysregulation — and what targeted strengthening does about it.
The relationship between Candida, Klebsiella, SIBO, and the lymphatic picture — including the lipoedema connection.
How MTHFR gene variants influence methylation, folate processing, and systemic inflammation in connective tissue bodies.
The shared hormonal and inflammatory root across endometriosis, adenomyosis, lipoedema, and hypermobility.
Clinical protocols for lymphatic drainage and recovery following surgery — including cosmetic and gynaecological procedures.
The role of lymphatic congestion, inflammation, and connective tissue health in hormonal balance and fertility outcomes.
Why calorie restriction is damaging, what small frequent meals do differently, and how to support the gut-lymph connection through food.
The NuVue Society is the knowledge layer sitting above NuVue Body Sculpting's clinical practice — a practice built on three proprietary, IICT-registered methods: NuVue Protocol — Advanced Lymphatic Drainage®, the Post-Operative Protocol (Level 2), and Lymphatic Clay Sculpting (Level 3). For over four years, NuVue has partnered with reputable surgeons and delivered method installation to clinics across Australia. The Society gives you access to the research, the reasoning, and the clinical thinking behind all of it.
Abby Mortimer's authority comes from three places working together: lived experience with hypermobility, lipoedema, and endometriosis; years of clinical observation; and deep independent research into the literature connecting these conditions.
It was the absence of that connection — in every specialist room, in every diagnosis — that led Abby to start researching independently. The Society is where that research lives.
What makes the NuVue Society different from any other wellness community or health resource is that Abby is simultaneously the practitioner who works with these bodies every day, the researcher who reads the literature, and the patient who has navigated the same journey her members are on. That position does not exist anywhere else in this space.
